Anyone who is interested in co-teaching, but most obviously people who are currently co-teaching or preparing to co-teach. It’s designed to be completed collaboratively so the conversations build into shared understandings and commitment.

It’s self-paced so you can move as quickly or as slowly as you like. If you’ve got a block of three or four hours, you’ll likely be able to move through the essential conversations in one go. If you’d prefer to spend 15-20 minutes a week moving through the content, that also works.
